Cardamine bonariensis
Propagation: Seed - sow outdoors in situ in a shady position in April.
Cultivation: We have very little information on this species and do not know if it will be hardy in Britain, though judging by its native range it could succeed outdoors in many parts of this country. The following notes are based on the general needs of the genus.
Prefers a moist humus rich soil in shade or semi-shade[1] but succeeds in most soils that are not dry[2].
Range: Southern S. America.
Edibility: Leaves - raw[3].
Pollinators: Insects
Soil: Can grow in light, medium, and heavy soils.
Flower Type: Hermaphrodite
