Cultivation: Plants are monoecious-dioecious, occasionally polygamous[1].
Range: New Zealand.
Habitat: Lowland and montane forest throughout New Zealand[2], hemiparasitic on Neopanax spp., Coprosma spp., Carpodetus spp. and Cytisus proliferus[1].
Soil: Can grow in light, medium, and heavy soils.
